Who we’re not for

Better to say upfront than disappoint after you apply. In these cases another option is fairer.

  • You need items very often

    Returns are on request, usually in 1–2 business days. If you need something constantly, that rhythm won’t work — keep those items at home.

  • You need to store what we can’t take

    Open paints and strong-smell solvents, live plants, cash and valuables — we don’t accept these even for a couple of weeks. It’s about warehouse safety and neighbors’ items. Full list below.

FAQ for international clients

Our manager is fluent in English and Russian. You can reach us on Telegram, WhatsApp, or email, or request a call.

We bill in Belarusian rubles (BYN). Pay by bank card (Belkart, Visa, Mastercard issued by RB banks), ERIP, Apple Pay / Google Pay, or bank transfer. The first day is paid at intake; after that, daily charges apply to your account wallet balance.

Storage is formalized under a public offer and intake act with a photo inventory of each item. Terms and the daily rate are transparent and fixed at intake.

A foreign passport (or residence permit / student ID for identification) and a phone number or messenger contact are enough. Minsk registration is not required to sign the contract.

Yes. Common for expats, diplomats, and international students: drop off suitcases, boxes, or furniture before you fly, avoid paying for an empty flat, and top up your balance online from abroad.

Every box and item is photographed and QR-labeled at intake. See the photo inventory in your account or via your manager on Telegram/WhatsApp; extend storage or order return to an authorized person remotely.

Our movers come to your address in Minsk or the region, bring boxes and wrap, pack, and take items to our heated warehouse at 16 Oktyabrskaya St., bldg. 28. You can also drop off and pick up yourself for free by appointment.

Storage is billed daily from 1 day with no mandatory monthly minimum. Keep items from a few days to months or years — you pay only for actual days stored.
